Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering with P.E. license required.
• 15 years' experience in civil/hydraulic design is preferred.
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic design, especially in arid regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior engineers on design concepts.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and other disciplines.
• Plan, review and produce investigations, models, reports and specifications.
• Develop plans and criteria for new projects, evaluate options, and select cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze problems, assess techniques, and devise alternatives.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and budgets; manage projects.
• Ensure quality control and supervise work of others.
