Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer in Oregon and/or Washington (or ability to obtain PE license within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

  • Lead water resources projects from planning through design and construction supervision.
  • Identify opportunities, coordinate client presentations, and promote AECOM capabilities across the Pacific Northwest.
  • Participate in opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate negotiations with clients and subcontractors and draft complex service agreements.
  • Direct project teams and ensure contract compliance, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Mentor staff and help grow the regional water resources practice.
  • Monitor and report financial status of projects to technical managers.
