Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 15+ years of water project experience.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Hawaii.
• Experience delivering and managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects with budget/schedule/quality responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning, design, and construction of complex water and wastewater projects.
• Manage the successful execution of water and wastewater utility projects.
• Advise clients through the project life cycle meeting budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• Lead project teams in planning, design, construction, and commissioning of projects of various sizes.
• Supervise and coordinate staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others on assignments.
• Prepare reports, technical memoranda, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Maintain effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Partner with local business development teams to identify project opportunities and assist with proposals.
