Veolia Water Technologies in the United States is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex water treatment projects from conception to completion. You will guide engineers and professionals, ensuring accountability for technical and financial performance.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations, with PMP certification or eligibility within 1 year. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent field.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles.
• Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Clear, concise communication abilities.
• Proven ability to lead expert teams and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all project activities in partnership with Lead Engineers and Sourcing Project Leaders.
• Champion quality and safety standards across every project phase.
• Ensure delivery on commitments while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget discipline.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide strategic project oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate project status reporting and financial tracking.
