AE2S, an award-winning civil/environmental engineering firm in Madison, WI, seeks a Water Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to lead water supply, treatment, and distribution projects. You will manage design, execution, and client relationships within a collaborative team environment.

The role requires 10+ years' experience, WI PE registration or within 6 months, and strong communication skills to coordinate multi-discipline efforts. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field with 10+ years of engineering experience with water supply, treatment, and distribution systems.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients and leading teams within multi-discipline projects; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services for civil engineering projects including design, plans, specifications, reports, budgets, scope of work, permits, contracts, schedules, estimates, and coordination of sub-consultants and contractors.
• Conduct feasibility studies for the construction of facilities such as water supply and distribution systems and water treatment plants.
• Lead specific tasks of large projects or manage smaller projects and mentor assigned project team members.
• Work within multi-discipline projects including civil, electrical, and architectural to coordinate meetings.
• Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work.
• Assist in maintaining budgets and schedules and in maintaining client relationships and communication.
• Assist the Water Practice Leader in identifying, evaluating, pursuing, and managing project opportunities.
