Job summary

HDR’s Water Business Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multi-disciplinary engineering projects across the United States. You will mentor teams, shape technical and business approaches, and drive project success for high-profile clients.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management while expanding relationships and guiding proposals and negotiations to advance HDR’s water initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license required.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of large, multi-disciplinary engineering projects and programs.
• Oversee project execution, balancing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Cultivate and expand key client relationships and participate in business development and negotiations.
• Direct and facilitate internal and external project meetings for alignment.
• Navigate regulatory environments representing HDR with permitting agencies.
• Guide development of project documentation, analyses, and reports.
