Job summary

CES Consultants, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Office Lead to manage civil infrastructure, water and wastewater projects from planning through closeout.

The role requires leadership of design and construction teams and close collaboration with clients and regulators. The candidate should have a 4-year degree (master's preferred), 20+ years' experience in civil and water resources, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 20+ years in PM, design, or construction of civil water infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of water, wastewater, and water resource design, construction, and rehab.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration knowledge.
• Experience executing public-sector capital improvement programs.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate with clients and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction of civil infrastructure and water projects.
• Act as Sr. PM/PE or Owner’s rep for all project phases.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and regulators.
• Lead scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Oversee permitting and regulatory coordination with agencies.
• Present design and project updates to senior leadership and clients.
