Job summary

OHM Advisors’ Environmental & Water Resource Group seeks an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in drinking water distribution and treatment systems. You will lead planning, design, and construction of water infrastructure projects, providing technical leadership and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities include engineering design, reports, cost estimates, and coordination with contractors, while maintaining budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BSCE required.
• PE license in MI/FL/IN/IL/TN/OH.
• 8–12 years of civil engineering experience focusing on water distribution and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction of water infrastructure projects.
• Engineer designs, prepare reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water projects.
• Adhere to budgets, schedules, and quality standards; participate in budget and schedule development.
• Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and deliverables; perform data entry and analysis.
• Support construction phase on water projects including site visits and submittal reviews.
• Assist with equipment startup, controls coordination, and system testing.
