Psomas in Roseville, CA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead water infrastructure projects across California. You will oversee planning, design, and delivery of complex water and wastewater systems, and mentor engineering teams.

You will foster client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions that benefit communities throughout the state.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
• 15+ years of experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience delivering water and wastewater projects throughout California.
• Strong leadership, business development, and team-building skills.
• Experience designing pipelines, pump stations, water production wells, reservoirs, and lift stations.
• Experience supervising engineers and designers.
• Experience preparing technical specifications, engineer's estimates, schedules, and proposals.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
