Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking a Senior Water Engineer/Modeler to join the Mid-Atlantic Regional Resilience Water Team. The role can be based in Hanover, MD, Fairfax, VA, or Washington, D.C. The candidate will apply hydraulics, water distribution master planning, and modeling with data analytics on regional projects.

You will lead and execute tasks, mentor junior staff, and contribute to pursuits, with opportunities for growth and client engagement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field of study.
• EIT or PE License, or ability to obtain PE license in 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Developing and reviewing technical reports, including report organization, authoring, and coordination.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance on existing and new design and modeling projects.
• Leading client presentations, communicating project progress, and collaborating with stakeholders across a variety of roles.
• Supporting business development efforts by helping define scopes of work, establish project objectives, and contribute to pursuits.
• Coordinating project activities to ensure the timely completion and delivery of project work.
• Assisting with water and wastewater distribution, conveyance system, and asset management data analytics.
