Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Water Engineer to join our West Palm Beach, FL office in support of a multi-disciplinary team delivering projects throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands. With an established and growing market presence in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, we require experienced leadership to sustain existing client relationships while strategically expanding Stanley’s footprint within the regional water market.
In this role, the Senior Water Engineer will serve as a technical and project leader for water and wastewater initiatives across the U.S. Virgin Islands, providing direction and oversight across all phases of project delivery. Responsibilities encompass the full lifecycle of municipal water and wastewater utility system projects—including planning, engineering design, and construction‑phase services—with accountability for quality, schedule, and client outcomes at each stage.
