Qualifications

• Experience with coatings, adhesives, mold-release agents, processing aids, or related polymer technologies.
• Track record of successfully commercializing products with sustained market success.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and develop water-based release coatings, cleaners, primers, and processing aids for polymer applications.
• Conduct laboratory testing and evaluate product performance for mold-release applications.
• Develop and optimize formulations for use with thermoset resins, polyurethanes, epoxies, polyesters, and fiber-reinforced composites.
• Lead product development projects from initial formulation through commercialization.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, and Sales to support product development and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot formulation and application challenges.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, technical documentation, and a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully commercializing products that have demonstrated sustained market success.
• Experience with polyurethane, epoxy, polyester, thermoset resins, or fiber-reinforced composites is a plus.
• Strong laboratory, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
