A leading global consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Senior Account Leader/Project Manager to support growth in water, wastewater, and stormwater projects in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in business development or project management within these sectors, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a Florida P.E. License. Responsibilities include building client relationships, leading projects, and collaborating with technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, along with a salary range of $140,000 - $180,000/year.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project management within the water, wastewater, stormwater, and resilience sectors.
• Florida P.E. License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong technical engineering and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
• Lead pursuit plans and participate in project development.
• Serve as project manager to ensure quality deliverables within schedules.
