Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is recruiting on behalf of a respected multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm in the Denver metro area for a Senior Project Engineer/Manager to lead water and wastewater treatment projects.

You will manage projects from planning through construction, serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, mentor engineers and CAD technicians, and ensure budgets and schedules are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain Colorado PE within 3 months.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater treatment experience.
• Proven project management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage treatment and infrastructure projects from planning through construction
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Lead project teams, mentor engineers and CAD technicians
• Oversee budgets, schedules, proposals, and invoicing
• Perform design reviews, quality control, and construction administration
• Support site visits, field observations, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews
