Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer in Albuquerque is seeking a Wastewater Project Engineer to join our design and process teams. You will contribute to wastewater infrastructure projects through all design phases, from feasibility to construction support, with emphasis on reports, permitting, and drawings.

The role involves coordinating with clients and internal specialists, preparing proposals, and occasionally traveling to site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering.
• PE license.
• 5-10 years of experience in wastewater-related infrastructure.
• Experience delivering multi-year, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support development of wastewater treatment strategies and design criteria.
• Coordinate with clients and internal specialists for project delivery.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
• Fieldwork and site visits with occasional travel may be required.
