Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Engineering Advisor to support wastewater treatment projects from concept through commissioning. This remote US role collaborates with BD, project management, engineers, and contractors to deliver technically sound solutions across development, design, and construction phases.

You will lead engineering support, manage consultants, review designs and submittals, and perform site visits. PE licensure is preferred; Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in wastewater treatment design, engineering, or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting projects through design, construction, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering support for wastewater projects from development through construction and commissioning.
• Partner with Business Development to evaluate opportunities and develop technical solutions.
• Manage engineering consultants, design partners, and deliverables.
• Review designs, RFIs, and submittals to align with project goals.
• Perform site visits and support construction quality, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Develop feasibility studies, specifications, cost estimates, and technical recommendations.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize outcomes.
• Build relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, vendors, and industry partners.
• Mentor and support project teams with technical expertise.
