Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade certification preferred.
• Must hold Texas TCEQ Class B Wastewater License.
• At least three years of wastewater treatment experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, analyzes, and adjusts facility operations using SCADA and samples.
• Trains, mentors and leads staff while maintaining safety and teamwork.
• Plans and performs maintenance and repairs for treatment assets and lift stations.
• Maintains thorough logs and records, and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and environmental regulations.
