Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related discipline.
• Significant experience managing wastewater treatment operations in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory sampling, reporting, and permit management.
• Experience leading technical teams and optimizing treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct operation of multiple wastewater treatment processes, including influent/effluent management and solids handling.
• Lead troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local environmental requirements.
• Coach and develop a technical team and manage workforce planning.
