Job summary

City of Chandler is seeking a Wastewater Facilities Senior Manager to supervise and lead the Wastewater Division, overseeing budgeting, capital projects, and policy development. This on-site role reports to the Assistant Director and Director and requires strong leadership and customer-focused teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have a civil/chemical or related engineering background with extensive wastewater experience, including supervisor roles and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant state certifications.
• 8+ years in water or wastewater with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Wastewater Division operations.
• Oversee fiscal management, budgeting and capital planning.
• Direct personnel functions and policy development with leadership.
