Job summary

Datrose is seeking a Sr. Wastewater Engineer in Leesport, PA to lead multidisciplinary teams on civil and environmental infrastructure projects. This role requires PE licensure in Pennsylvania and a strong background in wastewater and water systems, permitting, and project leadership.

The engineer will act as technical lead, manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with clients, agencies, and design teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of ten (10) years job-related experience.
• Knowledge in Wastewater Collection and Treatment, Water Treatment and Distribution, Act 537 Planning, Water Quality Management Permitting, Public Water Supply Permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of complex civil, environmental, municipal, and infrastructure projects.
• Serve as technical lead and engineer-of-record on projects.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of calculations, reports, permitting documents, design plans, and other work products for successful project completion.
• Interact with clients, the public, design teams, and agencies.
• Manage engineering scopes, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC reviews.
• Perform and/or coordinate work schedules and assign tasks for staff.
