Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Joint Staff Wargaming Support Analyst to provide onsite support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. You will assist SAGD with wargaming studies, budgets, and reporting, and serve as lead for the Wargaming Incentive Fund.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in military operations, and an active TS/SCI clearance, with deep understanding of Joint Staff wargaming and related DoD processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience with military operations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Understanding of DoW and Joint Staff wargaming.

Responsibilities

• Support Joint Staff SAGD on wargaming tasks and related studies.
• Lead for multi-million-dollar Wargaming Incentive Fund administration.
• Coordinate program assessments, budgets, and reporting for wargames and exercises.
