Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Campaign Analyst to provide onsite support at Naval Air Station - Patuxent River, Lexington Park, MD. The role focuses on warfighting assessments, analysis, and advanced concept development for Navy and allied systems acquisition.

Required: STEM bachelor’s, 8+ years total experience, 3+ years in modeling and data analysis, and active TS/SCI clearance. Onsite work is required based on client needs, with opportunities to influence strategic defense

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent with software coding and data science skills.
8+ years of total experience.
3+ years of modeling, computer programming, data analysis and/or operations research experience.
Strong desire to expand modeling, simulation, and analysis expertise.
Experience with study planning/execution.
Ability to work well in collaborative environments.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Perform warfighting assessments, effectiveness analysis, and advanced concept development and design.
Provide analytic support for pre-acquisition, acquisition, and sustainment of Navy and allied systems acquisition.
Perform modeling and simulations for operational analysis.
