Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior analyst to lead a NSWC PCD contract in Panama City, FL. You will conduct doctrine research and complex, multi-domain analyses for naval warfare applications, applying Operations Research and Systems Analysis methods.

You will develop inputs for CONOPS/CONEMP, analyze TDAs, and support studies of concepts, system designs, and emerging technologies. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with 10+ years of experience; advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant civilian or military professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of fleet operations and operational-level analysis.
• Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Active DOD Secret clearance.
• Advanced degree in Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field - preferred.
