Responsibilities

• Follow safety and 6S standards to keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train new employees and cross-train current staff.
• Coordinate with Safety teams for post-incident recertification.
• Ensure personnel are certified or recertified to standards.
• Suggest improvements to work methods, visuals, and layout.
• Train associates on proper PPE use and tool handling.
• Support warehouse operations as needed.
