Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Tech I/II to support Henderson mine and mill operations in Colorado. Responsibilities include unloading, inventory processing, and delivering materials while adhering to safety and accuracy standards.

The role requires 3 years in warehousing and strong inventory control knowledge, plus proficiency in MS Office and warehouse software. On-site housing allowance is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of warehouse, inventory control, materials management, or related experience.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse inventory control systems and purchase orders.
• Ability to problem solve and do reconciliations and root cause analysis.
• Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and unloads goods and materials and places into inventory.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts up to 36,000 lbs, pallet jacks and carts.
• Deliver material to customers, capture delivery signatures and maintain records.
• Update warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory listings.
• Set customer expectations by communicating delivery times and delays when needed.
• Perform other duties including Warehouse Tech I duties.
