Job summary

B&H is seeking a Receiving Quality Assurance Specialist 3 to join our warehouse team in New Jersey. The role ensures accurate inspection of incoming merchandise, verifies order accuracy, and records receipts in the Warehouse Management System to enable timely payment to vendors.

Responsibilities include inspecting for damage, selecting appropriate barcodes, handling discrepancies, recording weight and dimensions, and maintaining continuous quality testing in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pallet processing experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently.
• Extended periods of standing/walking.
• Able to resolve pallet math and maintain accuracy.
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all received merchandise for damage.
• Determine which barcode to use for what purpose when multiple barcodes exist.
• Process shipments that don’t reconcile against orders.
• Enter weight and dimensions of new products into the system.
• Ensure quality testing is performed at all times in the warehouse.
• Document complaints on vendors (e.g., missing packing slips or barcodes).
