Job summary

Mikron Automation in Denver, CO is seeking a Warehouse & Receiving Lead to coordinate warehouse activities, ensure accurate receipt and inventory control, and act as SAP Key User. The role demands 3–5 years in warehouse operations, forklift certification, and strong organizational skills to lead a team and drive improvements.

You will support domestic and international shipments, maintain records in SAP, and continuously improve processes to meet safety and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, including inventory transactions.
• Certified to operate a forklift truck.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise warehouse and receiving activities.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs for inventory accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Load/unload equipment from trucks and inspect inbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate SAP inventory transactions and records.
• Lead warehouse staff and provide training documentation.
