Job summary

Mikron Automation in Englewood, CO is seeking a Warehouse & Receiving Lead to coordinate warehouse operations, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. You will serve as SAP Key User and primary contact for warehouse technology, systems, and process improvements.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse operations, strong organizational and communication skills, forklift certification, and experience with SAP inventory transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, including inventory transactions, receiving processes, and inventory management functions.
• Certified to operate a forklift truck and able to use a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and report Warehouse & Receiving KPIs to ensure departmental objectives and inventory accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
• Load and unload equipment off trucks.
• Inspect, accept, and reject inbound shipments.
• Coordinate cycle counts per schedule and process with accuracy.
• Supervise the daily activities of the Warehouse and Receiving team.
