Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to optimize warehouse performance across receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and returns. You will partner with Warehouse Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT, and Planning to translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 4+ years in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics roles.
• Experience with ERP/WMS, data visualization tools, and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve warehouse performance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting routines.
• Analyze data from WMS, ERP, and labor tools to identify trends and root causes, and translate insights into actions.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, throughput, and service reliability using Lean, Six Sigma, and standard work.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Operations, and suppliers to improve warehouse systems and automate processes.
• Manage cross-functional projects from identification through implementation, tracking milestones and benefits.
