Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking a seasoned Industrial/Operational Excellence professional to lead warehouse design evaluations and labor standards development. You will drive optimization through ELS and LMS, oversee projects from evaluation to deployment, and guide cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.

The role requires 7+ years in related fields, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, or related operational environments.
• Experience developing, implementing, or supporting Engineering Labor Standards (ELS) and Labor Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to influence and facilitate change across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous evaluations of warehouse design, layout, and throughput to drive optimization initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Engineering Labor Standards (ELS) and LMS integrations.
• Lead cross-functional projects from evaluation to deployment and long-term sustainability.
• Provide updates, recommendations, and progress reporting to leadership with data-driven insights.
• Mentor managers and engineers in labor standards and slot optimization strategies.
