Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer to design and optimize warehouse layouts, analyze productivity, and lead cross-site process improvements across its national network. You will collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities, create roadmap plans, and deliver engineered solutions that enhance throughput while controlling costs.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial engineering, strong Excel and data-analytics skills, and experience with WMS and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of industrial engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with WMS or production management systems.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and report non-compliance when observed.
• Analyze warehousing and packaging processes; recommend and implement improvements to safety, quality, cost, and throughput.
• Create workflow plans and implementation roadmaps in collaboration with operations leadership.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance against KPIs using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Support analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across sites.
• Design and update warehouse layouts for new and existing facilities using AutoCAD; propose automated warehousing solutions.
• Analyze storage strategies to optimize material flow and space utilization.
