Uber Freight is seeking a Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations in Laredo, TX to lead multi-client operations supporting Southbound cross-border and U.S. distribution services.

You will drive exceptional customer service, KPI performance, safety, and continuous improvement across facilities, partnering with cross-functional teams and third-party labor providers. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on accountability to meet contractual SLAs and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
8+ years in warehouse operations with multi-client exposure.
Experience with KPI development, dashboards, and SLAs.
Fluency in English and Spanish; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Own service performance and customer experience across operations.
Lead KPI reviews and data-driven improvements.
Manage safety, compliance, and operational risk.
Lead complex escalations and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Commercial and Account Management.
