Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. The role handles inventory, shipping and receiving, and requires attention to detail and teamwork.

You will follow safety procedures, manage FIFO rotation, load/unload shipments, and perform daily counts while maintaining documentation and quality standards. This position emphasizes operational excellence and reliable job performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or materials handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, PRISM, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lift up to 25 kg and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Receive, store, transfer, and rotate inventory using FIFO.
• Load/unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Collect samples for Quality Control when required.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation.
• Conduct equipment inspections and maintain housekeeping.
