Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; minimum 1 year warehouse experience.
• Willingness to become certified to operate warehouse equipment including a forklift.
• Good oral and written communication; bilingual preferred.
• Available for OT, varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to become certified in Hazardous Materials handling.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of warehouse equipment to move pallets and product from shipping/export dock to trailers.
• Ensure accurate, damage-free movement of pallets and cases per production standards.
• Transfer pallets between docks and load various trailer sizes safely.
• Apply packing slips to pallets according to customer guidelines.
• Maintain records of orders, packing slips, pallets loaded, and carrier details.
• Review compliance guidelines and provide feedback to improve operations.
