Job summary

FedEx Logistics in New York's Town of Tonawanda area seeks a Sr. Warehouse Operations Specialist to support daily freight handling, loading/unloading, and safe, compliant warehouse practices.

You will operate forklifts, RF devices, and the Warehouse Management System, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate inventory and cycle counts. The role requires a HS Diploma/GED, 3 years in warehouse or international freight forwarding operations, and the ability to lift 30 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 3 years of relevant Warehouse or related experience.
• 3+ years of international freight forwarding warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload freight from trucks and pallets.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, pickers, and reach-trucks (propane and electric).
• Receive and sort inventories, process damage exceptions.
• Use RF/bluetooth handheld devices and WMS to log data.
• Coordinate warehouse and gateway activities and manage multiple accounts.
