Job summary

Cencora, supporting AmerisourceBergen distribution services in the US, is hiring for a warehouse specialist on a 4x10 schedule (Mon—Fri, 6:00 am start). You will help ensure accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment in our distribution center.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in warehouse operations, and knowledge of inventory control. CSCP certification is preferred. We offer pay up to $22.75/hour plus incentives in a safety‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in warehouse support or related operations.
• Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet requirements and timelines.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and stock movements to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock levels and storage conditions to identify replenishment needs.
• Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions to determine causes and resolution.
• Document shipment status and inventory updates to maintain warehouse visibility.
