Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Service Associate to support package handling, inventory control and shipping services across various industries. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and a customer-first approach in a busy UPS facility.

You will work with warehouse teams, use RF scanners and the WMS to process inbound and outbound activities, and ensure safety and quality compliance while following defined procedures. A legal right to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Handle package processing and inventory control within the UPS facility.
• Perform inbound/outbound operations and use RF scanners and WMS with accuracy and safety.
• Support field operations and maintain compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
