Job summary

Walmart in Sealy, TX seeks a high-level operations leader to drive community engagement and strategic execution across supply chain functions. You will train and mentor leaders, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies while advancing key organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain or related field and 2 years in a senior management role within operations, distribution or logistics environment.
• 2 years experience as Walmart Logistics Operations Manager including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates;
• 4 years in a senior management role in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment with hiring and promotion responsibilities facility-wide.
