Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a senior leader to own the DC Warehouse and Transportation management processes. You will develop and mentor managers and supervisors, oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and transport teams, and align operations with regional and national objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a track record of improving warehouse performance while maintaining safety and compliance across complex operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or food science field is preferred.
• Experience in managing warehousing and inventory in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles, inventory control and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the DC Warehouse organization and oversee warehouse and transportation management.
• Develop and execute 1-year and 3-year plans to support inventory and warehousing objectives.
• Motivate and coach a diverse, high-performing team; support D&I initiatives.
• Drive cost efficiency, process consistency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with company and regulatory policies.
