Job summary

Insero Talent Solutions is partnering with a multi-state warehouse operations company to recruit a Warehouse Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. The role leads a team of 30–35 employees and drivers, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of maintaining

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse management or significant supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a large team and drive safety and efficiency.
Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes.
Experience using warehouse technology such as RF scanners and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time performance.
Lead, schedule, and coach 30–35 warehouse employees and delivery drivers.
Oversee receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
Maintain inventory accuracy and address discrepancies and errors.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
