This leadership role involves overseeing a large team, ensuring quality standards, and facilitating scaling processes. Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse or fulfillment operations management.
• Track record managing 50–150 people, including supervisors.
• Strong floor presence, leading from where work happens.
• Experience enforcing quality standards and holding teams accountable.
• Proven ability to build or improve processes in a scaling environment.
• Comfortable with WMS or operations tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across outbound, returns, new merchandise, and support functions.
• Directly manage Team Leads and Supervisors, developing them into stronger operators.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks as the team grows.
• Oversee Outbound, Returns, New Merch, and Support operations.
