Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Provo, UT is seeking an Operations Lead I to oversee and motivate a warehouse team to meet production and quality targets. You will coach staff, ensure safety, and supervise daily schedules while maintaining adherence to client contracts and company policies.

The role requires at least two years of warehouse supervisory experience, the ability to obtain forklift certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time, day-shift position based in Provo.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in distribution or fulfillment.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse schedules and work with Operations Manager/Director.
• Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare status and production reports.
• Communicate receipt and processing of client products.
