Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or three years of supervision experience or a B.A./B.S. level education, or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20–80 associates in warehouse activities to meet daily performance targets.
• Administer policy and procedure within legal guidelines and coach the team on policy adherence.
• Manage costs by tracking expenditures and supporting cost analyses against production goals.
• Direct and optimize multi-warehouse workflow and use computer controls to adjust operations.
• Develop objectives, strategies, and daily planning to meet staffing and production needs.
• Measure performance and monitor inputs/outputs for continuous improvement.
• Schedule daily activities to maximize resource utilization.
