DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr Operations Systems Analyst to implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. You will analyze data with cross-functional teams to resolve inefficiencies and drive system optimization, delivering measurable improvements across the network.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, dashboarding with SQL, and strong collaboration to support ongoing growth and customer excellence. On-site position with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or similar field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role.
• 1+ years of analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Train team members on system usage of WMS/transportation/packaging systems.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Identify and address potential issues and risks.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced SQL.

The Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst) role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000. For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000.
