Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead day and night warehouse operations, including staff, safety, and process improvements in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, managing inventory, and cost control while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of warehouse leadership, a four-year degree, strong communication skills, and proven ability to coach and motivate a team in a dynamic distribution

Qualifications

Four-year degree preferred; advanced degree not required.
7+ years of progressive warehouse leadership experience.
5–10 years in warehouse/distribution management.

Responsibilities

Direct day warehouse, night warehouse, and facility personnel and procedures.
Oversee inventory management, SOPs, safety, productivity, and cost centers.
Identify opportunities for improvement and lead implementation.
Coordinate with other managers to meet business requirements.
Maintain and improve service levels for customers and stakeholders.
