Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ employees in warehouse operations.
• Coordinate order selection and replenishment to meet production and delivery needs.
• Hire, train, and develop selection and replenishment personnel; coach performance.
• Oversee loading/unloading and maintain safety and efficiency standards.
• Handle timekeeping and payroll; complete required reports and documentation.
