Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Houston seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead material logistics and inventory operations for high-value, $50M+ inventory of critical components and raw materials for energy infrastructure and heavy industrial equipment.

You will oversee a multi-shift team, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, implement 5S and lean warehousing, ensure 99.5%+ inventory accuracy, and collaborate with Planning, QA, Procurement, and Assembly to resolve bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse supervisory, yard management, or materials management experience.
• Experience managing high-value inventory and complex component handling.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and MES/WMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-shift (potential 3-shift) warehouse operations and material flow.
• Lead a team of 8+ material handlers, receiving clerks, and logistics personnel.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and international shipments; ensure shipping compliance.
