Job summary

Cencora in Indiana is seeking a warehouse logistics support specialist to verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information supporting accurate product movement.

You will update systems, track fleet activity and inventory, and prepare shipping documentation while upholding data integrity and loss prevention. This role requires at least a high school diploma and 2+ years in warehouse or distribution operations, with CSCP preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or a related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
• Knowledge in logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.
• Knowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge in loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
