Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• Knowledge of fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Experience with warehouse and transportation systems for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and assets.
• Update warehouse systems with transaction details and status changes to preserve data integrity.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt and related documentation for accurate processing.
• Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and route unresolved issues.
