Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse/logistics specialist to support movement of products and fleet assets. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until completion, with overtime possible.

You will update systems, track shipments, prepare dispatch documents, and resolve routine issues. Minimum 2 years in warehouse support; HS diploma required; CSCP preferred. Competitive pay: $21.26 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
